ROLPACK BBLOG Simple wrapping machine, suitable for logistic centres with the wrapping capacity up to 100 pallets/shift. Simple operation and control, pallets suplly and their carry off with low lift truck. The machine is constructed as stationary one with the possibility of relocation by a fork-lift truck. Power supply 230 V/50 Hz, capacity 200 W, proofing IP 54. Arm´s 7,5 rpm with an adjusted wrapping program, with a photocell for automatic wrapping height adjustement, automatic stop and sound signal during the wrapping process ensure safety and sufficient wrapping of the pallets up to the height of 1800 mm. There is a specified film to be used - machine film 9 mý with the core dia 76 mm, max. weight of the roll 10 kg. Film carriage enables mechanical adjustement of film prestretch. The film consumption for wrapping of one pallet up to the height of 1,8 m is cca 0,2 kg.
ROLPACK mobile construction provides the possibility of use on any place in the factory small working site requirement excellent and professional results when wrapping by means of a special developped film on rolls of 600 m full automatic wrapping procedure, brake for fine regulation of setting up of film prestretching, simply change of film roles easy operation enables immediate use of the machine without any special training, active and passive safety is guaranted by means of electronic photo cell and mechanical entry stop as additional equipment wall or floor fixing frames can be delivered enabling stationary use.
